As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, exchanges are available for items purchased from our store and must be made within 7 days of purchase. This is because we deal exclusively in fine gold pieces, once an item has left our premises it can no longer be considered new. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds.

Instead, we are pleased to provide two options for our valued clients: you may exchange your purchase for another item of your choice, or receive store credit, which can be redeemed at any time. This policy ensures the integrity and exclusivity of our collection while offering you the flexibility to select something you truly love.
