We require to see watches first before we can provide a definite service as some watches require certain batteries that our store does not hold. The duration of this service can take between 15-30 minutes. 

We are able to engrave anything from dates of weddings inside rings, to names on baby bracelets. You can bring your own jewellery or purchase ours to do this. Jewellery engraving Services can take between 1-2 days. If this is not convenient for you we can provide express services which can take as fast as one hour.

Jewellery cleaning can take up to a few days as we send the item to our workshop where it gets cleaned and polished, looking brand new. Express service is available for a speedier duration.

In order to add links please arrive in store with the links that need to be added these are not provided in store. The duration of this service varies from 30 minutes depending on how busy we are. We will try our best to complete this service as fast as we can.

Resizing rings can vary in prices, if the ring is gold, making it bigger may cost extra as we are adding gold to the ring. This service can take up to a few days. Express services are available to purchase.  

This service involves discussing your ideal design including the look, weight and dimensions. Therefore, this price varies depending on these factors. This service may can take up to at least 4 - 5 days.

We are able to provide non-written jewellery appraisal services. Prices will vary depending on the item. We will provide an accurate but estimated price of your luxury item.

We specialise in the repair of a wide variety of jewellery, including broken chains, damaged clasps, fallen diamonds and loose gemstones. whether its resizing rings, restoring intricate settings or replacing lose stones. 

Please note that in order to provide a definite assessment, we do require the piece to be examined in person. While we strive to accommodate all repair needs, certain gemstones may not be available in store and items such as watches may not be repairable depending on condition.
